We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The manager was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to a beautiful patrolled beach. Being on the main road made it easy for us to explore the tourist areas of the city and access the shops in nearby Broad beach. We had a car, so the free parking was a great convenience. The hotel was very quiet at night, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The room had a washing machine and clotheshorse, which made laundry a breeze. this hotel offered great value for money and a central location.

This hotel is a great value for money. With prices well below $100 AUD per night, it offers free Wi-Fi, secure parking, and kitchen and laundry amenities in the room. Plus, it has a pool, spa, tennis and squash court for guests to enjoy. The location is also fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to a lovely patrolled beach on the Gold Coast.

I liked the courtyard, the room was clean.

I didn't like the fact the phone in the unit wasn't working and the staff didn't seem very helpful about it.There was an issue getting bond back on same day as checkout.

This hotel surpassed my expectations in terms of value for money. Compared to other accommodations in the area, the prices were surprisingly affordable. The attention to detail was remarkable, with basic amenities such as a washing machine and dryer available in the room. The hotel's location in Broadbeach, close to Surfers centre and a beautiful patrolled beach, made it convenient for both relaxation and exploration. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The airconditioned rooms and the fact it was close to surfers (about twenty minute walk), close to a beach (5 minutes) and had all the facilities around you like bus stops etc. Also that the rooms were self contained

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great perk and allowed me to stay connected during my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to popular attractions and within walking distance to the beach.- The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were stains on the furniture and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

I like the location being in between surfers paradise and broadbeach. It is near the shops and public transport.The staff are friendly and courteous.

I enjoyed Surfers Paradise, it is an excellent place to go for a beach holiday.

Club Surfers is a nice place to stay, however our washing machine didn't work so we had to do our washing in another room and the jacuzzi didn't work properly the whole time we were there.

It would be better for staff to provide all the services to clients rather than for clients to ask for services such as for internet account access etc
